This Nooter Construction Power Services Group contract includes planned outages, unplanned outages and daily supplemental maintenance for the 12 Exelon sites.

Nooter averages 60 people per day on site and has completed over 25 forced outages and 5 planned outages. This contract will result in over 250,000 annual direct hire manhours.

Nooter Construction Company was awarded contract for Unit #3 & #4 outage work at the Eddystone Power Plant. The Nooter scope included removal and replacement of corner tubes, burner igniters and burner buckets.

Over 300,000 hours were worked in 2008 in support of the Exelon contract. The work included direct hire boilermakers, pipefitters, labors, electricians, millwrights, operating engineers, and ironworkers. The year was highlighted by execution of a planned eight week scheduled outage of Unit #1 at the Eddystone station.
