Nooter Safety

Plant-Turnarounds-2-640x420Not many companies have a safety record as strong and consistent as that of Nooter Construction.

Management commitment is the cornerstone of the Nooter Construction safety program and our excellent safety record proves that commitment and success. Management reinforces with all Project Managers that safety, not production, is the most important aspect of the job. It is maintained that a safe job is a productive job. This message is carried on to the Field Superintendents, site foremen and the craft. If the field workforce knows that taking the time to be safe is not just an acceptable practice, but what is expected, the worker will take his or her time to focus on the task at hand and perform the task safely as opposed to shortcutting safety in attempt to increase production.

We ensure consistent adherence to our high safety standards with employee orientation and training, as well as: Job Site Audits, Hazard Identification, Task Safety Analysis, Task Safety Observations, Near Miss Reporting Cards, Foreman Job Review Card, Lessons Learned, Supervisor led worker involvement.

Our track record speaks to our commitment to safety.
